Briana Lee is a Los Angeles-based touring and studio vocalist. Born to professional musician parents, Briana grew up singing in church, studying piano and flute, and singing in school choirs. Educated at the Los Angeles College of Music and William Jessup University, Briana landed her first major tour while still in college. She spent the first few years of her career on tour with French rock icon and actor Johnny Hallyday, one of the world's best-selling artists of all time, who has had 18 platinum records and 80 million records sold worldwide.
Briana resides in Los Angeles, working as a full-time singer, and is building a reputation for being able to cross genres while being a strong reader. Currently, she has been singing on Disney's movie and tv series The Lion Guard (based on The Lion King), ABC's Castle, Fuller House, The Odd Couple, The Real O'Neals, and The Get Down. Artists and producers she's sung with include David Foster, Kirk Franklin, John Legend, Sara Bareilles, Rebel Wilson, Titus Burgess, Darren Criss, Alain Clark, RedOne, Marc Anthony, Jordan Smith (winner of The Voice), Leon Bridges, Postmodern Jukebox, Andra Day, Hurts, Yolanda Adams, Jodi Benson, Susan Egan, as well as Zya's new cellphone app Ditty... This year you can see and hear her as multiple roles in upcoming films La La Land, Disney's Descendants 2, Hidden Figures, and Sing.
This summer, Briana was featured as the role of Atina for 3 nights in Disney's The Little Mermaid in Concert at Hollywood Bowl. This year has catered to other opportunities such as performing with the LA Philharmonic at Disney Hall with the Los Robles Master Chorale and events overseas with Postmodern Jukebox.
Past work includes coaching two contestants from her hometown of Sacramento on NBC's The Voice. She continues to be passionate about education, teaching classes at the Los Angeles College of Music.
